Excellent visit to the Carrick spa. I went with 2 girlfriends as part of a 'summer glow' spa day package. Staff all very friendly. We all had a Carita Facial, and it was the best facial I have ever had! While my face mask was on, the therapist gave me a scalp, arm and leg massage. Spa Experience was also very good. 2 course lunch was included, not a very big choice, but food was very good, well presented, and big portions! Only minor negative point was that when we first went in to the spa experience area, it smelled a bit damp. Other than that, an excellent day out!

I bought this as a Birthday treat for my mum, having never been to a spa before, I wanted to book something which would give her a good overall experience of what was on offer without costing too much.
When I saw this deal through Whanda, I thought it excellent value for money & was not disappointed.
The staff were great & the facilities very good.
We had lunch in the resturant & even though they had a problem in the kitchen & could only offer a cold lunch, there was still a good selection. The 3 course lunch we decided on was lovely.
My mum had a great time & is still telling all her friends about it.
We would definately go again, Thank you!!

Cameron House - very well appointed hotel. Consierge staff were helpful at check in and throughout our stay. Check in and check out was easy and staff helpful, but I can guess that there could be a long wait if you arrive/depart at the time of a big group taking over reception. Only negative things were that the lighting in the bedroom was poor if you wanted to read, and there was no decent coffee in the hotel - they could do with a good coffee machine and some trained baristas.
Carrick Spa: all the treatments were spot on. Over 3 days between the two of us we had 6 masseurs, and all of then were great - really consistent standard. It did seem a little cheap that you have to pay extra to use the pools at the spa, when you're paying for the massages (pool at the hotel is included in the overall package).
We wanted to stay for 3 days; I booked on line and booked a 2 day package followed by a 1 day package, as there was no 3 day package on the site. This was possible and all worked out, but took quite a lot of ringing around to get confirmation from the hotel that this was ok.

We had a brilliant day at the Carrick Spa. We booked as part of package in which we each got a Bento box lunch, time in the thermal spa, 30 minute massage and 30 minute facial. We couldn't fault any of it and particularly loved the rooftop pool.

The Carrick Spa is easily the most amazing spa I have ever visited, it has every avaliable facility anyone could ever want, my particular favorites were the infra red sauna, heated ceramic loungers, hydro and thermal experience as well as a roof top pool over looking Loch Lomond. All this and you are served by the nicest of staff - No one in their right mind could be disappointed with any aspect of this place!

This place is heaven on earth! Could easily spend a weekend here with a whole host of facilities to choose from. I didn't even have a beauty treatment (althought they do use Comfort Zone products which are fantastic), the saunas, steam rooms, hydrotherapy etc was more than enough to chill me out!
Please get some offers for The Carrick!!!!!
