I can only describe this experience as strange! Venue is not as advertised on treatwell it’s actually the lady’s home. On arrival, the lady did not know what treatment I had booked? She started to remove the existing gel polish and kept stopping to text her friends, I found this very unprofessional. After a very slow and laborious process she was ready to reapply gels. She kept yawning and couldn’t even get the brush into the bottle properly! I knew at this point the standard would not be high and boy it was terrible so bad that I had to awkwardly say don’t bother with the top coat as I’m going to have to get it removed anyway as it was so terribly applied - my 8 year old could have done a better, nearer job!

I always have the best massages here. Amazing for the price!
