Overall, I am a disappointed. Not for the experience in itself but for the price. For 375£ you expect a top notch experience and it was not. The lunch was light but ok : the sea bream with veggies was very good but the red berries juice had not taste. The facilities look amazing but were very noisy as it was crowded. The steam room was at the perfect temperature so the sauna. The pool was a bit chilly but was good for swimming. The pods are amazing I felt asleep there with the nice relaxing music. The scrub was painful as very energetic and the massage was ok : not a great one like I could have had in Thai Square for example. The therapist looked experienced but her movements were not very technical. They were rather simple. I was not impressed at all. She was very kind though. The treatments lasted less than 2h which was disappointing. At the end of my treatments I was not even offered the candle as it was stated so I had to ask for! The receptionist told me they were out of stock...I found this very unpleasant. I had to give my address so they can send it to me. So I advise to go there during weekdays in the morning so they are empty, get the champagne and maybe try to get one of the best therapists and you will get a better experience than me.
