Staff wasn’t aware we already payed on treatwell and wasn’t aware of what we book. Spent 3 hours there with a friend the people were lovely but there was only one room for the massage and facial area

Place didn’t look hygienic in the slightest, tea bag stains( I’m assuming) all up the wall where the bin is next to the hair sinks, sinks were dirty too, She didn’t really listen to the cut I wanted and messed up my fringe, then blow dried my hair from dry! Using a brush that was wrapped to the roots of over peoples hair. Also didn’t seem to know that I had pre booked and paid online when I first arrived.

The stuff behaved like they didn’t know what I was talking about when I said that I booked Microdermabrasion through Treatwell. The place is not too pleasant. Everything doesn’t seem too higenic. The actual Microderm took only 15min. I don’t think I would come back as I know I can get much pleasant experience in other places for the same price or even cheaper.

I had a really pleasant trip to this salon. It was nice to hear the chatting between clients and customers. One lady commented “this is the best eyebrow threading I’ve ever had!” Which was positive as a new customer myself. I had a full body massage which was good. My therapist gave me good advice about looking after my skin and I left feeling quite relaxed. I slept so good after!
