The whole experience was very relaxing as the lighting was low and there was calming music playing. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and gave good skincare advice afterwards. The extraction was a bit uncomfortable but far less than I expected. This is something that cannot be helped but it felt as pain-free as was possible.
