The spa overall was ok. The staff are quite friendly and professional. I really enjoyed the massage. I was not happy with the spa facilities, there is a small jacuzzi and mini-pool with cold water. The steam room and sauna are ok, but quite small. The relaxation room was quite bad and the prosecco that we were provided had no bubbles meaning that it probably came from a bottle opened days before we arrived. Now, overall due to the fact that there was noone else in the facilities and that the massage was good, it served the purpose of the visit and it was an overall good experience.
I took my friend to Riverside Wellbeing Spa as a birthday treat. What a disappointment. Even before arrival there was an issue when they booked me in for the incorrect date and then said they were going to void my credit. Then on the correct date we arrived to find the changing rooms no more than a toilet with lockers that don't function and the place very untidy and unclean. The spa 'facilities' were appaling a dirty broken swimming pool as a 'plunge pool', a dirty jacuzzi, a sauna that only fit two people and a steam room that only fit two which was dirty and had far too much eucalyptus oil in it. Add to this the fact they were massively over-booked and all of the customers were disgruntled, it couldn't have been a less relaxing experience if they had tried. Our massages (with different 'therapists' were both mediocre to say the least, the facials just about passable. There was no sign of the Aloe Vera juice on the package and when asked the receptionist said they don't do it anymore. The inclusive glass of prosecco was flat as it had obviously been open for a while. I wouldn't recommend the experience to anyone, would suggest Treatwell doesn't allow this establishment on their site and will be seeking a full refund.
My therapist was great. Facial, massage and pedicure was great. the receptionist was super moody. not sure what was going on, but it did slightly ruin the overall experience.

The treatments were superb - the therapists were wonderful and the rooms were lovely. The spa facilities were ok - a little small for the number of people there. Many of the machines in the gym did not work and the sauna was not that hot. The changing rooms were absolute chaos, with not enough space and not very clean.
