The treatment we received was great- the 25 minute aromatherapy was good. However, they only had appointments for us at 4 pm so wasn’t much of a ‘twilight’ experience. Additionally, it said adults only but the pool was being used by children the entire time which would be fine, however, they were very loud and disruptive. There was no jacuzzi. Would recommend this place for a treatment but not a spa package.

The massage was ok but when I asked if she was a masseur she said no it’s my second job which I find odd considering the amount it cost they should be qualified.

Lovely experience! But need to fix the Google maps location, takes you to a dead end farm! Luckily I saw the sign behind but still drove through the farm to then turn back leaving car all muddy

Staff very unwelcoming, difficult and abrupt. arrived with my baby and partner, having pre booked a cot. They could not of cared less on the front desk and had to speak with a manager who said all the nice things but didn't follow through. Sadly I would not return despite being potentially a good venue.

Lovely location and buildings right in the countryside. The pool, sauna and steam room were a good size. We had the whole place to ourselves more or less. Lunch in the conservatory was also good. Treatments were also nice.
