I went to have an acupuncture treatment after booking it on the app the morning of the massage (appointment at 6.30pm) and it turned out that the acupuncture practitioner wasn’t in. It was too complicated to get the refund for the treatment so I ended up having to pay more for a massage. Thankfully, the massage was great. I wish I had been contacted or notified to say that it wasn’t possible to have the acupuncture that day.
