This is a nice but basic spa. The changing rooms are tiny can only really fit 6 , but we’re about 12 people trying to use them!! and all looks like it could do with some TLC and a bit of a revamp. Changing rooms were entirely flooded while we were there due to a leaky shower. Also outside hot tub was waiting repair so no bubbles

This was nearly a great experience, but small things make a difference; the steam rooms weren't as clean as you'd like (sticky slimy feeling on the seats); the barrel sauna was cold; the outdoor spa pool's bubbles weren't working and the water smelt! One shower wasn't working, and also a locker.
Disappointingly, the food delivered did not match the description on the menu - no pate, pork pie or pickles as part of the ploughman's. Although staff were responsive they weren't proactive.

The place was clean and staff were friendly. We got a free upgrade from a standard room to a suite which was lovely. Only thing was the bubbles weren't working on the jacuzzi and the sauna was not very hot but the atmosphere was great so we didn't really mind! Would really recommend x

Spa staff not interested in the job . Wasted half hour for rubbish mud room . Half the jets dont work in hottub and smells . Reported to manager and rang them , still waiting for call back , over a week now . Was embarrassed to take my partner there .

No poached eggs only deep fat fryer!!
Shower wasn't working properly
Not the cleanest and verging on starting to get shabby, e.g. Stain on bed throw, wardrobe doors iffy, dirty cup.
The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful.
