A lovely mother/daughter spa day ,swimming pool lovely and relaxing,both had facial which was also very relaxing,and staff were really lovely,lunch also could not fault a thing, service was excellent,we were made to feel special,can't wait to go back.

Spa staff were standing around chatting and then painting each others nails. Also every time you want something to drink you have to change out of your swimwear and go the bar the in main restaurant, really strange set up. My treatment (back massage) was lovely though.

Asked for a double was given twin. No seats in lounge as they had too many tea parties on very rude over the phone staff staff and manager. Don’t going back again waste of money.

Spa was amazing, I have been coming here for a number of years, it is my go to place when I am in need of relaxation. I booked an overnight stay. Room 22 upstairs. The noise from the generator was constant all night long, I think I managed around 3 hours sleep and that was broken. An outside light was also kept on all night, the curtains did not meet properly so the room was not dark. Cornflakes on the floor along with a hair clip? Disappointed with room, spa was great though.
