Caroline from Treatwell was amazing at organised my booking and helped make special arrangements for my group booking. Luton Hoo is a beautiful hotel with amazing staff. We all had a great time using all the facilities the hotel has to offer. Would highly recommend for those seeking a quiet getaway with luxury.

Lovely place the massage was very tame! The room was too bright and couldn’t relax. Was also not the full 55mins time was spent talking about what was to come but which should not be included in the time of the massage itself. Staff member also disappereas for a few mins which took up time as well
