We had the rasul mud experience. The spa receptionist was lovely and showed us through to the treatment room. It is a self treatment and the rasul room is private for whoever is using it which is good. The steam system only worked for approx 20mins (staff said would be 45mins) and then stopped and there was no clock or help button in the room so we had to wash off and finish early which was a shame.
The "spa" is very basic with only 2 saunas, 1 steam (which was also out of order) & pool.

No choice on the menu as they ran out of food, and breakfast had to ask for food to be filled back up. Spa staff holly extremely rude. Would not go back

The spa was lovely, the treatment was great really nice and relaxing only gripe would be the pool area is small and barely and beds to sit on and the changing facilities are small for the amount of people that were there.

Awful experience. Been going there for years and it was the worst spa day ever. It was overbooked, no robes, no room in the relaxation room, toilets had no toilet roll and over flowing sanitary bins. We were not shown where things are but luckily I had been there many times before so I showed rest of party. They have stopped the free herbal tea and fruit in the garden room. The lockers didn't work and we struggled to find an empty working locker. Massage was awful. Lights left on and same moves!
