For a four star hotel really disappointed. Very dirty in places very outdated and wallpaper was hanging off wall in some parts of the hotel. Quite a damp musty smell when entering the reception

Both my facial and my massage were amazing and the masseuse was so lovely! The spa facilities themselves are a little tired however. The pool was freezing and there is no jacuzzi which I think is a big miss for a spa day! Apart from sitting on a lounger and nipping in the sauna there wasn’t much to do. The pool area also had an odd smell which I think might have been a burning smell coming from the sauna, it was really off putting. The staff on the reception were also a little unhelpful regarding how our spa package/day was going to work. I had to keep going up to the reception multiple times to ask questions, it would be nice if all of the information is given to you up front! There was also hesitation around my treat well booking method and I was asked to provide my confirmation email multiple times which did begin to worry me! After the third time I was concerned I was going to have to pay for the treatments again! Overall my massage was great but I probably won’t be back.

Really enjoyed the day staff were very friendly Robyn gave me a treatment which was fabulous, I feel the steam room needs a face lift and could be a bit cleaner
