Friendly staff and great massage. Facilities were rather basic though. Sauna not working. No hooks for towels outside the sauna/steam room. Plastic single-use cups for water and champaign. Would recommend that they serve a cup of warm tea rather than cold water after treatments.

Lovely massage and facial. Friendly team and relaxing environment. Spa facilities are ok, would be nicer if there was a jacuzzi. Spa manager was great, the sauna was broken and she was very apologetic and went out of her way to make the experience enjoyable for us as I had booked a spa day for my friend’s birthday.

I had a lovely time, the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and our needs were met. The only thing my friend was disappointed with was that her massage wasnt as she had requested. And I found it odd that before products were applied my pores wouldn't have been opened as no hot or wet cloth was used on my skin and in between products in my facial they were only removed with a warm wet cloth after the mask. It would have been nice to have this after each product... however theheadmassagewaslovelyandshewaslovelytoo
