The treatments were the best part and staff undertaking them were fabulous. Receptionist however was very curt and it seemed some of the treatment room weren't working properly. Relaxation room was very much less than relaxing as door to reception was kept open (despite me trying to shut it) where all the chatter from new arrivals carried through so got no rest. Was disappointed we had to come outside from the hotel to get to the spa and vice versa so had to shower and get dressed to leave and get back to yhd hotel where all our toiletries were. Overall a bit disappointing.

Afternoon tea was lovely and the bar man made us feel very welcome would recommend. Good value for money. Rooms clean and comfortable
