Food not good Staff friendly Spa and pool facilities dated, tired

Lovely place and surroundings- amazing room, and food. If you book the spa and dinner package be sure to book a table for dinner and spa treatment times as other guests who did not pre book were unable to get dinner reservations or spa treatments A thoroughly great spa weekend!

Great hotel ,very luxurious, with a lovely room. Excellent quality Spa treatments - my daughters facial was the best she d ever had. The breakfast was really good & with lots of choice. Unexpected bonus was 66 acres of grounds, which we took an hour exploring, especially the fabulous water gardens. Highly recommended

Outdoor space was lovely. Indoor is more basic but fine. Room and food very good. Overall hotel is great with beautiful grounds
