Each service is bespoke, and tailored to suit every clients individual needs, bringing your mind, body and soul into harmony. BodyWorks, Fitness & Massage Therapy is managed by Ben Wise-Fowler, who has been working in the Health and Beauty industry for many years. Ben began his career in holistic therapy and bodywork in 2004, studying a range of sciences (anatomy, physiology, dermatology, microbiology, scientific principles, and cosmetic science) in Canterbury as well as various forms of massage and beauty therapies. During this time he developed his interest in the musculoskeletal system and found that he had a talent for identifying and rectifying issues caused by stress and physical activity, which has become his specialty. Over the last 10 years Ben has worked at the forefront of health and wellbeing in London, including a position at the prestigious Urban Retreat spa in Harrods from 2008–2011, while building his private practice in Camden. He has consistently attained high ratings based on customer satisfaction, and uses a technique personally tailored during his time in the industry. Ben is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists: the largest and leading professional association for therapists in the UK and Ireland. Ben is friendly, highly professional, and puts his clients at immediate ease. He believes that mental and physical wellbeing go hand in hand, transforming the way people feel and restoring balance. All this contributes towards Ben being ranked ranked at number 1 in the UK masseur category on Freeindex for the last two years. PLEASE NOTE: As of 1/1/2018 all 'Pay at Venue' bookings MUST be paid for in advance of treatment unless otherwise agreed with the practitioner.
